In one of my assignments in my writing gig was to write an article regarding The Five-Bite Diet and I believe that you have heard about it already. The only thing that kept me amused with this kind of weight loss strategies are their ability to really convince people that it could be done. Some experts believe that it could probably be the solution for losing weight for it is considered as the portion control kind of diet. The whole idea is to allow you to eat anything you want but only to limit how much you eat in just five bites of everything.
That sounds realistic, I would say, and could possibly easy to achieve. More to that, if you get the point it seems that you are just eating in moderation. But before you get too excited of this another form of extreme diets there are some things that you probably would like to consider.
Is it a healthy way to lose weight? Or this could just be another fad diet.
The only question I had is, will you be getting the right amount of the daily essential nutrients that you need?
One imperfection that I saw in the five-bite diet is the possibility of how someone chooses to follow it. For you can eat five bites of doughnuts, ice cream, french fries and hamburger but still you are following this kind of weight loss strategy.
